Are there any side effects from drinking Santa Sofia Water?

There are no negative side effects of drinking Santa Sofia Water. In contrary, the consumer will notice positive side effects. But Santa Sofia recommends to take a break of drinking Naturally Carbonated Water after three months for about three months. This is because of the high mineralization which your body is not accustomed to. The Natural Spring Water is perfectly safe to drink on long intervals without a break due its low mineralization.

The reason why the water tastes salty is because of the high mineralization.

How is our water bottled?

The Santa Sofia Water is bottled directly at the water source. It is transported to the plant for bottling through pipelines and fed directly into bottles, which are protected against counterfeiting. The whole process is monitored from the source to the end user, and meets the strict Safety Regulations of the European Union.

Why is the bottle of Naturally Carbonated Water not filled until to the top? You may notice the Sparkling Water is not filled to the very top of the bottle, the reason for this is simply because the water is naturally carbonated and the natural gasses need extra space in the bottle to maintain its natural state.

What is recycling?

Recycling is a process to change materials (waste) into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to plastic production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste hierarchy.
